  • How do I pay for the subscription?
    Payment methods for subscriptions include credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)Only. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
  • When will the products be shipped after subscribing?
    Typically, after successful subscription, shipments are scheduled on the 3rd of each month. The exact delivery time depends on logistics arrangements and cannot be specified.
  • Can I change the delivery address or subscription plan?
    Most plans allow you to change the delivery address during the subscription period. However, changes to the subscription plan must be notified 1-2 weeks before the monthly billing date.
  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
    The subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis for 12 consecutive months. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the expiration date by email, WhatsApp, or written notice. Please submit your cancellation request 1-2 weeks before the expiration date of the current month. Otherwise, you will be charged for the current month.
  • Can individuals under 18 years of age subscribe to alcoholic beverages?
    According to regulations, subscriptions are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have passed identity verification.
  • How should I handle issues with subscription products?
    If you receive damaged or abnormal products, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • What delivery method is used?
    We use SF EXPRESS room temperature delivery to ensure the fastest and most stable delivery. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days (holidays or weather conditions may cause delays).

    New users must subscribe for the first time and continue their subscription for more than three months to be eligible! The gift will be automatically sent in the fourth month after the conditions are met! The subscription for the fourth month must be valid!

    Liqueur (also known as sweet wine) is a sweet wine made with distilled spirits as the base, flavored with ingredients such as fruit, vanilla, herbs, almonds, bittersweet, coffee, cream, spices, and chocolate. It has a lower alcohol content, typically ranging from 15% to 30%.
  • How do I use the monthly exclusive shopping discount?
    Monthly exclusive shopping offers will be sent via email each month. The offer code can be used once when checking out at the online store and is subject to terms and conditions.
  • What are birthday month exclusive gifts or discounts?
